East Bank Club

Masters Swim The East Bank Club Masters Swim Team offers a great way to stay in top swimming shape. The workouts incorporate interval training, and swimmers are grouped by level to give everyone the best workout possible. Coaches provide swimmers with tips for improved technique. Participants should be at an intermediate level or higher. Workouts are adjusted for those who wish to only swim freestyle. There is no advance registration for Masters Swim. Complimentary
